Autumn in London is fleeting, but it might just be the city at its most beautiful. The mornings arrive crisp and cool, carrying that faint scent of winter, and the trees transform into fiery blends of gold, amber, and deep red. For a few short weeks, parks, gardens, and even quiet corners of the city glow with colour, a reminder to pause and take it all in before the leaves are swept away.

In this photo diary, I’m sharing some of my favourite autumnal spots in and around London - from the well-loved Hampstead Pergola and misty mornings in Richmond Park, to hidden gems like Gunnersbury Park and day trips out to arboretums where autumn takes over the landscape completely.
